I grew up in North West Montana and man what a beautiful place to have landed. My family was into the car or trucking business, so there was always some sort of action regarding that in my life. I was a normal kid…if that exists. Into sports, cars, girls, writing, and video games. You know the usual. However, the one thing that stood out even from a young age was my interest in making money.

I went to college for about half a second right out of high school. But that didn’t last more than a semester. I lacked the patience to sit through all of their sermons.

After years of working for other people, I finally had the opportunity to take over a local business in the automotive industry. Which of course was within the lines of my family and my career up until that point. It seemed like a no-brainer at the time. Luckily for me, that endeavor was somewhat unsuccessful and in my early 30s, I decided a change into the real estate industry would be a good move. I had no idea what I was getting myself into!

In 2017 I got my license as a real estate agent and couldn’t have been happier. Until I found out that it was hard. It was really hard.

The brokerage I joined was the typical old-school brokerage model. And don’t get me wrong I have no problems with it and know it works for a lot of experienced agents. It just didn’t work for me because I had no clue what I was doing and not much help.

After a couple of years of landing some sales but floundering a bit, I luckily found eXp Realty. A newer, cloud-based, tech-based brokerage with killer leadership. For the next 12 months my business took off like wildfire and I began to organically attract other agents who wanted to know what I had going on that they didn’t.

That is when I formed my real estate team, Adventure Real Estate brokered by eXp Realty. Based in gorgeous Northwest Montana, USA.

A career in real estate has changed my life. And as cliché as that sounds, eXp Realty has been an integral part of helping me hit my goals and grow the team.

During that entire time, I had also been busy on the side developing my online business skills which helped grow my real estate team via paid internet advertising, SEO, video content creation, etc.

I had also developed a serious interest in investing of all kinds. Including real estate, stocks, and crypto. It’s clear now that if you can make money doing it then it hits my radar hard.

This blog serves as a place where I can share the knowledge I’ve learned with others and help them to grow and thrive.

The good news is, the journey has just begun! We have much to discuss. I’ll see you inside.

My Mission

At this point in my life and career, I want to make it a priority to help others achieve their success. However that looks for them.

I have learned a thing or two that I can pass on. But as I stated before, the journey has just begun. There is much more to learn and lots of room to grow. I look forward to doing my best in helping anyone who seeks it.
